About
A native of Nottingham, England, I have lived and taught in the United States since 1993. I studied philosophical theology at the University of Manchester, modern Christian doctrine at the University of Oxford, and received my doctorate in literature and theology from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
At TCU, I teach several courses in religion and literature:
World Faith, World Fiction;
Caribbean Religions;
Jesus in Fiction and Film;
Literary Images of God;
Theology and Literature;
Non-Western Christianity and Literature; and,
Pilgrimage in Religion and Literature
